I forgot my user ID. How can I look it up?
On the Log In page there is a button that says "Forgot your
LogIn ID or password?".
Click on it and it will take you to a page to
look up your account. On the menu, select how you would like
to find your account. In the value field, enter the exact match for
how you want to find your account. For employees it may be easiest
to use your employee number. Click the search button to look up your
account. Your account will be displayed in bold.
How can I change my User ID?
After logging in to the portal, you can change your user ID using the
change profile page. You will have to enter your current password and the desired new user ID.
