LA LINK is a full service career center with offices throughout Los Angeles County. We offer employment and hiring services to employers and job seekers at no charge.
How are LA Link's staffing services different from all the other staffing services?
LA LINK is dedicated to bringing skilled individuals and companies together. Our team of Business Service Specialists are trained in servicing your company's employment needs in a number of ways.
How much do your services cost?
All of LA Link's services are prepaid through your tax dollars.
How long will it take you to fill a job opening?
We respond to our job order request in a timely manner. As soon as your request is received our Business Service Specialists begin the prescreening process.
What does your prescreening process involve?
Once a job order has been received, we contact our pool of skilled applicants and determine based on your requirements, those who we feel will be able to meet your employment needs. Once that is determined, we can arrange to have you meet the potential candidates at one of our office locations or we can arrange for candidates to interview at your work location.
How well do you know the candidates that are referred for a job order?
We know them well enough. Through many weeks of contact with them, we will refer only those candidates we feel can do the job.

What services are available for job seekers?
LA LINK has qualified and experienced Business Services Specialists ready to refer you to jobs that best suit your skills and interests. LA LINKcan provide information about local education and training providers. Our staff can also provide assistance with services such as resume preparation, employment counseling, as well as providing access to phones, fax machines, computers, copiers and access to the Internet.
Do I need an appointment to go to a LA LINK office?
Most services are available on a walk-in basis.

Can you find me a job in the field I have experience in, or do I have to take just any job?
We will try to match your job skills with our current job leads. You will work closely with a Business Service Specialist in order to match your skills to the jobs available.
Do you work with people who have a criminal record?
We work with agencies and employers who are willing to hire a person with a criminal record. We work with individuals on a case by case basis. Your Business Service Specialist will assist you with finding a job even if you have a criminal record.
